SHIPPING POLICY
We believe in building trust with our customers by ensuring a seamless shipping experience. We provide free shipping to all USA states excluding Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska (please contact us for a shipping quote before purchasing if you live outside the continental U.S.).

Purchases placed in the United States are shipped through the United States Postal Service, UPS, or FedEx. Estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout.

SHIPPING PROCESS
Once your order has shipped you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.
Please make sure you enter the correct shipping address at the checkout. We cannot make any changes to the shipping address once your order is shipped. If any shipment is returned due to an error in the shipping address provided to us or due to package not being claimed by the receiver, we will not be able to issue a refund for that shipping cost and will need to charge a shipping fee to deliver the package.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days. It may take 5-7 business days for an order to arrive. (depends on the remoteness of your address from our studio).
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS STUCK OR LOST IN THE MAIL?
We are not responsible for delays occurring due to carrier, misstatement of your shipping address. All delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. If you have not received your order in 15 business days please contact us at info@annalitepaints.com so we can file a claim and find out what happened to your package.​

All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck, sent back or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The postal service is out of our control. However, in cases like this, because the packages are insured if you do not receive your artwork, we will refund the cost.

Annalite Paints does not have studio space open to the public.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Cancelling or Canceled Orders: Eligible for full refund, including S&H, ONLY if cancelled prior to shipping. We cannot process claims, refunds or additional requests once package is in transit with the carrier.

RETURN POLICY
At Annalite Paints, we want you to feel confident about your purchase. We strive to provide a straightforward refund or exchange process to build trust and reassure you that you can buy our handcrafted art with confidence.

RETURNS REQUIREMENTS
To initiate a return the request must be made within 15 days of receipt of the artwork.

Send the request for return to info@annalitepaints.com

Place the artwork back into its original packaging. (proper packaging is essential for a refund)

Pack your return securely, in the original package, if possible, and include your completed receipt.

Take the package to your nearest USPS Office or UPS drop off location.

You will receive a refund to your credit card for the total price you paid for the item(s) if they are postmarked within 15 days of the original purchase.
The shipping cost will not be refunded. On a return after 15 days of purchase you will receive an Annalite Paints gift card in the amount of the total price you paid for the item(s) or the sale price of the item whichever is the lesser amount.
DAMAGED ARTWORKS PROCEDURE
For damaged deliveries, please provide a photo of the damage to help us understand the issue with the shipment.
Repackage insufficiently packaged items to the best of your ability and document for insurance purposes.
REFUNDS
If you receive the wrong item or if the item is damaged you must notify us at info@annalitepaints.com within 24 hours so we can resolve the issue and initiate the solution.
Painted glass will often have bubbles and lines other characteristics that are not imperfections but instead a common product from the process of painting the glass. These can not be avoided. Items with these characteristics are not eligible for an exchange.
Items damaged due to buyers’ negligence will not be accepted. Please pack returning items in the original box with all of the original packaging materials.
